Since 1982 Sandra Earle has been creating wonderful culinary pastries and candies. Her homemade from-scratch recipes make a big difference in the taste, texture and reaction of the crowds they are served to. Even the fillings of fruit purees and chocolate mousse are homemade. My cakes are topped off with my favorite recipe, a White Chocolate Mousseline Frosting that creates a wonderful grand finale.
